In addition, this operation is very difficult to perform in the case of the manufacture of reflectors for automobile headlights, as in the manufacture of reflectors, the reflecting surface of which is not ring-shaped, which distinguishes the headlights currently used, it is necessary to resort to polishing devices. with very complex kinematics, which greatly complicates polishing and increases the cost of this operation.
Given that the required degree of surface cleanliness after polishing can only be obtained by applying a special layer of a certain thickness, it is necessary to consistently apply two layers of lacquer to the heat-absorbing surface, and after applying each layer, it must be dried. After that, the surface was subjected to metallization, for example, aluminization. The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is a method of obtaining a reflective coating, for example for reflectors, by applying a metal organic resin to the metal surface, heat treating at 280 ° C and then spraying the reflective aluminum powder 1. However, a known method can be applied only on a smooth surface without cracks and defects. The purpose of the invention is to obtain a coating with a high degree of reflection on a rough surface. The goal is achieved - “by obtaining a coating on the metal surface of a polymer resin, heat treatment, dusting aluminum powder; resin used is a resin selected from the group of epoxy polyurethane, polyester, polyacrythide, heat treatment is carried out at 180220 ° C for 8-20 minutes, a phenolic or glycero-melamine resin is applied to the thermally treated surface and cured.
